Rotary Type Automatic Blister Packing Machine
This is How the blister machine works:
The blister film(PVC/PET or other thermoformable materials)conveyed forwarder to the forming station after being heated. After the blisters are formed,the cutting station will cut out the blister from the film lane by the knives in the longitudinal and transversal directions while there is no material waste.Then the blisters will be picked up and placed in the sealing pallet and ready for the operators to load the products into the blisters,automatic feeding system can be installed.The back cards will be placed on the blisters,the locating pins on the pallet will make the cards in the correct position.In the sealing station the blister and card will be sealed by heating method.Up sealing or down sealing method can be optional,just depending on the packing material specifications.At last,the blister will be picked up and put on the output conveyor.
